"What a fantastic experience! Literally a month from initial consult until install. Alexis was fantastic. Her communication through the entire process was prompt and super friendly. When she came to the house to take measurements and give us a quote she was able to walk us through what the steps in the process would be and what we would be expecting. The gentleman who came to do our templates was super friendly and fun, my dogs were all about him and he was more than happy to spend some time giving them love and cookies. The day of install went very smoothly. The install crew showed up early which was awesome. They also were super friendly in polite, they took time to protect the floors and they did a fantastic job installing. I cannot say enough good things about East Coast Granite specifically the Hobby Court location. Great service and communication, fantastic price and we love our new countertops in the Dallas White granite."
